The service was personal and attentive. The pool area was perfect and Sam looked after us so well, it was like being at a friends home, just a friend who had a castle !! We hope to return"

We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het animatieteam maar we zagen wel dat de kinderen zich prima vermaakte. Restaurant was ook prima! We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten en met het voetballen hebben we daar ook gezeten wat heel gezellig was. Onze dochter houdt van voetballen en vond het jammer dat 's avonds de lichten van het voetbalveld/tennisveld niet aan ging. Elke avond was het druk...

"The hotel is in a lovely location on Lake Orta, within close proximity to Orta San Giulio. However, the hotel itself is looking rather shabby and is in need of a makeover. The rooms are a good size, but the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep with it switched on. Unfortunately, without the air conditioning, the rooms become uncomfortably hot. The hotel was reasonably clean. Cooked breakfast was disappointing, particularly the scrambled eggs, which were terrible....

Nous avons pu entreposer nos 2 vélos de route dans leur local juste incroyable , sécurisé, et équipé de matériel pour la réparation. "The hotel accommodations are fine, however they need to communicate better with their customers. I did not have phone service to call the hotel shuttle for a pickup from the airport. I was given the hotel’s email address to request shuttle service. They never replied to my email. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 50 euro.
