"Great experience at check-in and with the airport shuttle service provided by the hotel. Our flight arrived super late and we didn't arrive until after 4:00 a.m. The only area of opportunity is for staff to check who has a late check-out time before calling the room! We had a late check-out approved for 12:30 p.m. and the front desk was called us and woke us up."
