"If you want an expensive room without a bedside chest, without tissues and without a coffee machine this hotel should be your first choice. Not to mention the broken elevator and escalator to get to the hotel (they are obviously broken for ever but the hotel doesn’t care) because it’s a council problem…. A quirky facade isn’t enough. Service and amenities are even more important."
