"This was paradise. My first time in Kenya and Africa in general and this was a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful, immaculate. The food was so wonderful. The best part are the staff who were very helpful and kind. I enjoyed my time here and would not mind coming back. Thank you for a wonderful time! Till we meet again"

"I have stayed at the Serena several times over the past 20 years. In fact, of the 80 countries I have visited the Serena in Mombasa is still my favorite place in the world. The staff, including front dest staff (namely, Althuman) and the wait staff are outstanding. Many are long-term staff who have obviously been well-trained in customer service. "Juat a location is good"

No activities or...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional and attentive to all my needs. The breakfast was great and had variety of foods to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family."

"There are no elevators so you walk up the stairs with your luggage. There is no shower head, only a handheld shower with the thinnest of water to shower with. Breakfast was…. very regular at 1-star level. It’s not worth the cost! "

"Everything from the staff to the apartment was amazing"
