However, the atmosphere, beach views and access, the amazing food, and the helpful staff made up for any issues. I wish that they had a system to charge amenities and food to the room to pay all at the end of the stay, but overall loved my stay."

"I will never stay here again. I had a problem in which I got terribly sick from the food and all they offered was $10 off. When I had an issue, they were trying to hold my stuff hostage until I paid as if I ever said I wasn't going to pay. The food sucks too. Don't go here."

"Front office staff was amazing! However, upon check in they tried to give me a room with a garden view instead of sea view room I had paid for. Had to ask for it to be sorted. Room was dusty, with cobwebs. On the last day there was no running water. Do not disturb sign on my front door was disregarded had maintenance knocked on my door at 6am. Awful experience!"

"There was monkey poop on my balcony which wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, the hairdryer wasn’t working but was replaced when i informed reception, and the worst thing was the extremely loud music and karaoke right outside my room until 11pm every night. Also at breakfast, the hotel had this weird system where you sit at table number of your room.
