"We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again."

"Went to Sarasota for Graduation. Perfect home for 3 generations of family to stay. Beautiful property on a baby peninsula into the bay, island right across the way where birds came to roost for the night. Lovely to just sit and watch the bay, but also awesome pool and really enjoyed adding pontoon boat rental. Able to cook most meals at home. Great location for accessing Sarasota and Bradenton schools/restaurants/beaches but also didn’t have much desire to leave the house."

"My husband and I enjoyed this amazing property for our anniversary! We loved the proximity to the beach and walkable to bridge street. We had a car, and went to the north end of the island, but also took the trolley which was super easy. This home is so comfortable, cozy, sweetly decorated and clean. "I can't rate this appartment enough, it was the most beautiful, quirky awesome beach condo! The beds where super comfy, the kitchen was really well stocked and the place was immaculate. Plus access to a grill and smoker ( which made me super happy). The appartment is only a short hop to AMI, or bradenton and easy acces to Cortez. Doug and Candy (the owners) live downstairs and where super friendly with recomendations and places to visit. I can assure you. We will be coming back."

"Excellent property! Spacious, clean, and great layout! The host was excellent at answering all of our questions and always getting back to us quickly! The pool was amazing, as was the weather!
