"We loved this hotels decor. Rooms are great, the restaurant, food & staff also great, but they definitely need to have more staff at Bar in the day & night, as queues were long."

"Extremely noisy, kids music blaring out until 11.30pm, in room it eat like we were on the stage. Phone in room not connected to anything, air on not working, It the place for a relaxing stay. Staff not interested about issues. Only stay if you are deaf!"

"NO ES UN HOTEL CUATRO ESTRELLAS, NO TIENE JARRA ELÉCTRICA NI CAFETERA, LE DOY DOS ESTRELLAS Y MEDIA. EL BUFFET MALÍSIMO NO VUELVO A ESE HOTEL "

"Apartamento divino, animacion 10, ubicacion perfecta, comida riquisima y muy muy variada...... Ya se donde volver cada año"

"We enjoyed our 6-night stay at this unique hotel and city. The hotel is somewhat dated, but they do a great job at keeping it clean. Our room was mopped and tidied every day (5 stars for that!). We opted only for the buffet breakfast, which was excellent - included an omelet station, fruits, fresh breads, cheeses, meats, any kind of coffee/espresso/cappuccino, prosecco, and more. "Hotel rooms we slightly dated. But all bed comfy and nice bathroom. And rooms fitted with a smart tv. It’s a very Spanish hotel which is lovely. Which means the kids club is all in Spanish but a few of the girls speak English which was lovely for our little girl. Food was absolutely fabulous, great options every night plenty to choose from. We have full board and never went hungry. Was a great place to stay"

"Posizione, buffet della colazione e piscine buone. Da migliorare sicuramente per un 4stelle le camere, troppo essenziali."

"Es war alles sehr gut!"

"Beautiful location, quiet, great pool and food"

"Para el precio que tiene está bien, habitación limpia y la señora que nos atendió súper maja, rodeado de restaurantes, cafeterías, estancos y tiendas….annn y con terraza a pie de playa"

"We like the location and facilities"

"Nice small hotel, very helpful staff. Room, beds and bathroom all very clean. Swimming pool and good location on the edge if San Juan de los Terreros, 3 mins to nearest beach and chiringuito, overall would recomnend if looking for simple no frills accomodation. Would we stay there again? YES."

"The hotel itself was good. Breakfast was great. But it’s located in the middle of nowhere. Which is fine I guess if you’re on a road trip and check in late and leave early. But not good for more than one night."

"Amazing stay from start to finish. Clean rooms, fantastic service and lovely breakfast each morning. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely and we will definitely be returning"

"El trato de parte del dueño es muy bueno, las chicas que están trabajando son muy agradables y atentas,el desayuno está super bien,la única pega es el aparato del aire acondicionado de la habitación que hacía ruido, pero vamos que hemos dormido de maravilla"

"Muy bien todo, muy limpio muy buena situacion el hotel y el personal perfecto, en general un 10"
