"Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. The nice lady who was at the hotel (we were unable to speak to her in the local language) did not let us through the gate then called someone who told me that the hotel was under refurbishment hence shut. He actually suggested us to book an hotel nearby. I called the German number associated with the hotel and another...

"The view from the room window and the breeze flowing through were pleasant, and there was nothing particularly inconvenient about the stay. The staff were friendly and kind. The seafood set we ordered for dinner wasn’t cheap, but it was quite substantial and satisfying. Various sounds from around the hotel could be heard from early in the morning, and the shower temperature and water pressure were somewhat lacking. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. Thank you very much."

"Accueil au top, service vraiment super Piscine bien pour se rafraîchir, hôtel simple mais propre et confortable avec tout le nécessaire Petit déjeuner copieux, bon et complet Tout le personnel est vraiment serviable ainsi que le manager qui nous a beaucoup aidé suite à un pépin mais également pour trouver une location de tuk tuk Plage à environ 400m par un petit chemin Pleins de restos autour Rapport qualité/prix au top !!!!!"

"Vi hade bokat sex nätter men var tvungna att ge oss av ( hals över huvud) pga utegångsförbudet så vi var tvungna att åka tillbaka till den adress vi kom från. Så endast tre dagar med sol och bad så vi är jätteledsna. Ett mycket bra hotell som vi gärna återvänder till "

"Staff is hopeless - not unfriendly but unwilling to help. We were 4 people sharing an apparment, but we could only have 1 key to the door. The reception is not open 24/7 that why, we had major problems only having 1 key. After many and long discussions with the staff, we gave and survived 2 days with just one key. The restaurant is expensive and food is bad. The appartment is nive. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and a nice livingroom. There were good moments, but we will never come back"

"Way too dirty. Rooms old and smelly. I rented a junior suite for over 600$ for 2 nights and i didnt stay 4 hours. I had to check out to go to a more descent place. Staff and management terrible. Food awful. Do not even come close to book there... its the worst experience ever..."
