"Nice looking resort that is situated very close to a private beach. Enjoyed the lush look of the resort. Breakfast was good with local delights like Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak, Dimsum. Staff were helpful and a treat to deal with. Some downsides: - There is sound leaking into the bedroom from the corridor. We heard people shouting outside our rooms at 12am. I would imagine better sound proofing would have been present in a 5 star hotel but apparently not. - The thermostat aircon in our room did not...

"Stayed at the family suite, the kids room is so lovely, my kid enjoyed it. The toilet was amazing too. Great stay. Breakfast spread was good too. The free flow alcohol and food spread at club lounge was great too."

"Excellent stay for solo tourist. Surrounding amenities are excellent. Level 41 scenery is spectacular. On the other hand, swimming pool is chalky, bed squeaky, sauna & locker not working and many renovations in progress. Hope next stay better."

"Stayed with my hubby from 22 to 24 May 2026. Excellent room, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast spread was scrumptious and satisfying. In Room Dining service, very very good. Just 1 hiccup though, when we called for bell hop service, took more than 20 mins to show up. By which time our transporter had arrived. This is second time we encountered such incident. We are regulars at Amari since 2017, hope this issue is addressed so that we could continue to enjoy our future visits."

"ベッド周りもシャワールームやトイレも清潔できれいでした。シャワーの水圧も温度調整も問題ありませんでした。食事も美味しいしお酒も飲めるBARもあるので、ホテル時間を満喫しました。ホテルの通りにお店もあるので、立地は良いです。JBセントラルまで徒歩23分。バス停まで4分でバスに乗れば15分くらいで到着しますが、3階駐車場から裏に出れば徒歩6分くらいでセントラルまで行けます！かなり近道！"
