"Didnt have breakfast or dining service. Ordered a french fries for room service but it was just average fries. Staffs were very nice and courteous. All amenities were great, specially the ping pong table and play area. Swimming pool was heated and open late to use. Perfect for cooler weather. "

"A wonderful stay. We stayed on the resort side. The junior suite is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The basement fun zone is great, with video games, ping pong and a pool table. The swimming pools are lovely, don’t forget a swim cap though you can also rent them. The food is good though expensive. "

"Jeju Hanok Hotel is a great place for someone wanting to experience staying at a traditional Hanok house, with modern day conveniences. The house was spacious, clean and loved how easy we can adjust the boiler to warm the floor just the way we like it. It was private and quiet, and free Hanbok rental is available. If we had more time, I would've loved to try the hanboks and take photos because it was the perfect place to do so in a backdrop of traditional houses without the crowd. My only wish...

"The staff were very professional, polite and attentive. The room was clean, modern and I liked the small touches which showed that they were thoughtfully designed. For example, every power point/socket is catered to any type of plug so you don't need an adaptor! The location was perfect, right in the middle of a lively hub and we wished we stayed at this place a few more nights."
