"Absolutely loved our stay at The Sanctuary. We were a bit worried as we’d seen some bad reviews for this place but it must have had an overhaul because it was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with everything working and everything we needed. It was nice and quiet and private. The private beach is great for snorkelling. They have so many activities happening and kayaks/snorkelling gear to use. The pool was awesome especially the swim up bar. Cocktails were yummy....

"Fantastic location, great beach out front. It's an adults only facility. Tropical breakfast included and shuttles to and from airport (need to pay). It's close to airport and bus stops right outside. Rooms are fully equipped if you want to cook anything. "Al llegar al aeropuerto preguntamos por algun transfer del hotel y nos dijeron q el transfer salia 20 dolares cada uno y el taxi15. No entiendo por que el transfer de un hotel te cobra tanto siendo huspedes. Nos toco lahabitacion mas lejana en el 2do piso en escalera y los caminos del hotel con piso muy resbaladizos (tiene carteles que avisa) y peligrosos.
