"False advertising. Nothing portrayed in The description was accurate. Only 2 restaurants and a small coffee shop. Not 6. Could not get food passed 9 pm in either one. Nor drinks passed 10. Activities non existent No beach access as it’s full of seaweed. The smell is horrendous! Various places in the facility are run down and deteriorated. Everything was very clean and the staff was excellent! That’s about the only thing this place has going for it!"

"My wife and I were treated very well by all of the staff here. Josh, Michelle, Joy, and others went above and beyond while we stayed here. We were given helpful ideas of places to go and things to do. The amenities here were great. We utilized the beach, the pool, and the restaurant. The beach was very clean and the water here was crystal clear. My wife and i swam and snorkeled almost everyday. We saw all the characters from Finding Nemo (except Bruce) and we saw 4 turtles on our last morning....

"Love the kitchen and private balcony. The bar and restaurant are great but there was a private event happening on my last night so I couldn't use the free drink tickets I got when I checked in. Going forward maybe a heads up or something if one or both of those will be closed during your stay would be good, that way we don't miss out on the opportunity to go there or use the amenities (ie free drink tickets)."

"I love the room. It was spotless and well laid out. We had a lot of room. The balcony was wonderful. The view was wonderful. The keyless doors were great too. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and lovely. The little store on site had a lot of nice last minute things. Amenities, drinks, snacks, souvenirs, and toiletries. The drawbacks were pretty minor but here they are: the water pressure in the shower was very low, so don't use a whole lot of soap....

"It’s a very old hotel that is going through renovations. So if you’re ok with roughing it, it’s not that bad. We wanted cheap last minute get away and at 500 for 4 days for 2 people it was do able. I would stay here again once the renovations are complete."
