"辛くてよかったです"

"Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Our first night we ended up having to move rooms as something was wrong with the vent and it was very loud. Staff were lovely gave us keys to the new room and allowed us to move our things the next morning. Pool and hot tub were good. Room itself was okay not the cleanest but not too bad. We did book a non-smoking room but there was still a bit of a smoke smell. Something not mentioned is there is a free shuttle to the train station which is great. "

"This place seems like one of very original hotels when the Narita airport was built. Very old and needs a major renovations. Front stuff wasn’t very friendly. We liked that they had a set shuttle hours, so we can plan shopping and dining at the airport. They had a small but very good and friendly convenient store inside the hotel. Amazingly, they fry croquets as you order. That was the best part of this hotel. Their beds are theHARDEST BEDS WE HAVE EVER SLEPT! My shoulders and butts hurt. It was...

"I actually had high expectations for the hotel breakfast. Overall, the breakfast was good, but unfortunately, there was no seafood. I had high hopes that the seafood would be excellent since it is Japan, but I wonder if that was an unreasonable expectation on my part."

"I stayed there for 3 nites, I love the location is just next to JR station where is easy to travel around, the malls and shopping streets are around which made me so convenient to find any kind of restaurants. It was easy to check in with the machine. The room was big enough and clean with a city view. Just one thing I found a few hairs in the bathtub and over the kettle. Near the front desk where you could get any amenities you want which is convenient for any travelers. Overall I did enjoy...

"Hotel was beautiful, I booked. because of the pool and hot tub however when I got there I was told the pool is not included and they wanted another $37.00 for two of us to go in the hot tub. Nowhere do they list this is extra the hotel advertising having these amenities, buyer beware."
