"A true 5-star experience from start to finish. We stayed 5 nights in a Royal Sea View Suite with our three young daughters (ages 4 and twin 2-year-olds). Traveling with little kids isn't easy, but the team at Cleopatra Sidi Heneish made us feel genuinely cared for every day. "I used to love that hotel but the service and food quality dropped significantly. The rule for pool usage and allowed swimming suites changed and seemed that people use swimming pools wearing their regular clothes. Instead of fresh squeezes they offer packages juices that taste like plastic. In the whole hotel there was no US outlet adapter, all the room outlets don't work for US electric devices or electronic charges. The quality dropped significantly after management change. When I asked to change the room they emphatically refused. I told for what I was paying which is higher than any other hotel in top seaside destinations I expected a better view than a parking lot!
