We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Alamein as a family of three and had a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.
From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and professional. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained — just what we needed for a relaxing getaway.
We dined at the Italian, Seafood, and Mangal. Each had its own charm and high standard of food, but we particularly appreciated the hospitality at Mangal, where Menna M. and Ahmed Sh. stood out with their helpfulness and warm welcome. Their attentiveness added a lot to our dining experience.
At the front desk, Maryam Saif was especially helpful, always available with a smile and quick to assist with any queries we had. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Amr Mustafa, who stepped in with great professionalism to help resolve a misunderstanding we had with one of the golf cart drivers. His follow-up and continued offer of assistance throughout our stay were both thoughtful and appreciated — a true reflection of excellent guest service.
The beach was a highlight for us — stunningly blue, exceptionally clean, and very pleasant to spend time by. The whole ambiance of the resort was serene and luxurious, perfect for a family escape.
All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Rixos Premium Alamein delivered on comfort, hospitality, and memorable moments. We recommend it!
