"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "The place is nicely situated in a good neighborhood, with a beautiful backyard that added a peaceful touch to our stay. The home was comfortable and met most expectations. However, a few improvements could enhance the experience — particularly having a working exhaust in both the bathroom and kitchen.
