"Despite check in being available till 8, we arrived at 6 and called the contact to be told they had all left so no towels available for showering. Unit itself was very dusty and full of cobwebs! Won't be advising anyone to stay."

"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. The bed room was nice and cozy with a very comfortable bed and great pillows. The...
