There were people above us that you could hear walking around and I was by myself part of the time, so it was kind of creepy. But overall, it served the purpose. It was close to the beach (walking distance) and had good parking for two cars.If I had any questions, the host responded quickly. "

"There were a few things that were very surprising and uncomfortable for us. First was the fact it was the last email that was sent to let me the final payment had been taken, that I noticed we didn’t have an elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. I’m not good with stairs at all, so I really didn’t come and go as much as I was aware I would have to go up the stairs to get back to our room. 2nd was there was no door on the bathroom in the main bedroom. This made for very uncomfortable for all...

"We were in FL for our niece’s engagement party as well as a family reunion. This house was perfect for our needs. Great size bedrooms and just a cozy feel to the whole house. Donnie was quick to answer a question I had. I highly recommend this property!"

"As others stated you really should get the door fixed as well as the door on storage locker. Both fell off hinges. Some longer screws in door frame would fix. If you moved keypad over this would also help. A suggestion would be to add a few extra blankets or throws on couch and chair. Other than this everything was good. Beds were comfortable but my husband likes it cooler so I would have appreciated an extra blanket. "

"Everything was as described, perfect location for beach time. The only issue we had was the sliding door to the balcony was hard as heck to open and close, and we never could get it to close enough to lock it. Loved having heach towels, chairs, and umbrella for us to use!"

"Lovely 4th floor condo with excellent view of ocean. Very pleasant beach decor. Very clean and comfortable. We love this location with our food favs (Thai Buddha, Mellow Mushroom pizza) just a few blocks away, and not much more of a walk north to the natural foods grocery or south to JAX Beach pier and shops. "Oh my goodness the first thing we have to say is the place smelled so amazing that I’m definitely contacting them to get their secrets for my house. The house was so beautifully set up and clean. The house has such wonderful accommodations something for every person that could enter whether a single couple or family of four. "Great property. Closer than I expected to beach. Pool is directly below balcony. Can see your beach chairs and umbrella (provided by owner) from your balcony. Enjoyed watching the surf lessons from the balcony. Covered parking spot was great for those sudden downpours."

"I wanted an oceanfront condo with a pool and this one worked out well. The murphy bed was very comfortable and unit was very clean. I just sold my last rental property in the area so the only suggestion I would make to the owners is to add a grab bar in the shower. "
