"My husband was having surgery at Mayo Clinic and we needed a place to stay near by. It was clean and comfortable, and close by. The only negative was the major road construction that obstructed the entrance of the building the entire stay. And at one point the water was even turned off due to the construction. I was told that the owners were notified and I feel that this should have been communicated to us. We would stay again, if there was no construction."

"The property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the pool. The property management was very easy to get in touch with. This was a great place for a long weekend visiting family and enjoying the sunshine."

"The entryway and doors are dingy? But, as the door opens the sight is delightful. The condo has been updated and is very attractive. It is located right on the beach with an unimpeded view of the ocean. The sliding doors to the deck and the second set that seals the deck from the weather are filthy and need maintenance. The beach furniture provided was very old and all but 1 chair and the only umbrella were broken or rusted shut. This is unacceptable as new chairs and a 2nd umbrella are not...

"It 's a beautiful place . Very clean and true to the pictures . The Host was able to answer the questions that I needed answered. Will definitely stay there again when in Jacksonville if available . Quiet neighborhood"
