"Clean room, amazing staff very helpful"

"The rooms are basic and noisy, but the staff is very kind and willing to help. The bar in front of the beach is really nice, beautifull sunsets, and in front of the hotel there is a small night food market perfect to taste local food. "

"An exceptional stay—M Social Resort Penang - we extended our trip and will definitely be back! We arrived early at the hotel, and the front desk agent, Tarrshini, went above and beyond to try and get us checked in early, always greeting us with a warm smile. We did run into a small issue with our room, but the Front Office Manager, Yin, resolved it immediately. She is extremely responsible and efficient, getting things sorted out in no time.

"The hotel was clean and functional and it was good for my trip to Penang. I was surprised that the Jazz bar in the 29th floor was closed and was looking forward to some jazz nights. Too bad other than that it was good."

"This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. No daily water unless request, no free coffee or tea. I think the hotel is run by foreigner staff. Restaurant not open for the whole day and the food is horrible. The bathtub is dirty and shower is poor. The whole facility is badly maintained."

"Helpful host, clean room. Need improvement in kitchen utensils, kettle and pots were stained badly."
