"Room so small nowhere to put suitcase. Had to step over it to get to bathroom. Bed was horrible. Not only hard but had hard lumps that pushed into your body. Wood board separated the head section of 2 beds put together. Ridiculous for couples and very bad for anyone who turns in sleep. This hotel is NOT near the airport! We were told we would have to take a cab to the train station and then a train to the airport. Being “close” to the airport was the only reason I chose this hotel. The reception...

"Very strategic location if you want to use Wintherthur SBB Statio, we renter a car and they have no parking lot in front , that's the only disadvantage, there is no swimming as advertised. Our kid was fine without it. Thomas the front desk was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was decent 👌"

"Alles in Ordnung"

"チェックイン機でチェックイン操作をすると予約時のメールに部屋番号が送られてくる．予約に使ったメールアドレスを受信できる環境がないと詰む． 部屋はきれいだが，テレビはどのチャンネルもno signalだった．"

"Don’t be drawn in by the low prices. Very disappointing experience. The room smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was stained, and I found a few hairs on the bed. The cleanliness was disappointing and made it difficult to feel comfortable. It was also very noisy, with people coming and going at all hours, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Although the price was low, the savings weren’t worth the experience."

"No one was ever at the reception the whole time we were there. Had to arrange everything with the restaurant staff next door. Room had an unpleasant smell, poor lighting and an uncomfortable and not so clean bed."

"Preis/Leistung war perfekt Personal super freundlich War sehr heiß, aber ich bekam einen Ventilator. Kann man ruhig empfehlen"

"Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, freundliches Personal, Frühstück war ausreichend."

"das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung, wobei das Gastroangebot ein Pluspunkt ist"

"The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops."

"Three adults in our travel group. When I booked the apartment it was listed as a two bedroom. As it turns out one so called bedroom is actually the living room with no privacy, just a bed set in the corner of the room. We spent one very uncomfortable night in the apartment because there was no apparent way to turn the radiant floor heat off. There was one small (12") or so fan that had little effect on cooling the room. With the windows open to the degree that they could also had little effect...
