"Hotel incómodo, habitaciones pequeñas, baño pequeño e incómodo, limpieza correcta. nos dijeron que tenían un problema con la calefacción, pues no funcionaba y nos dieron una estufa que utilizamos los tres días que estuvimos, por lo que la conclusión es que el problema era permanente y es lo que deben decir a los clientes que acostumbran ser de una sola noche. Las tres estrellas brillan por su ausencia dos y gracias."

"Good hotel like most of Holiday Inn Express. However this time the room was not as clean as you would expect for a +85 Pound/night hotel. The desk in the room was sticky with plenty of marks from previous guests. So was the mirror in the bathroom with written messages that showed up with the shower steam which proves the room had not been cleaned as you would expect. All rest of things were perfect. "This place is always spotlessly clean. Has everything we need always leaves coffee n tea sachets etc perfect for the morning brew. So quiet. We and our daughter had a room each and was perfectly placed next tk each other . I cannot praise this accommodation enough. "

"Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. "
