"The member of staff was extremely rude and passive and dismissive. The bedroom was messy and there were lots of inappropriate noises going on at 2am. It was a very unsettling experience. Do not go."

The temperature of the shower couldn’t be controlled, it was extremely hot in the room so I turned on only the cold tap and when I switched it to shower it would still come out hot and change temperature frequently and I couldn’t control it."
