"Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to the cultural visit which was one of the options for picking this spot, only a 10 min walk from the hotel. Overall I would recommend people to stay here but it would be worth the upgrade of...

"The staff were friendly and awesome. Location was pretty near to waterfront and airport (approx RM10 by grab). Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. But it’s funny when this became a topic of conversations with other tourists staying at Citadine! "

"Fantastic hotel, great location. Plenty of towels, hot shower, cold A/C. Convenient for pick up/drop off via Grab. Walking distance to many eateries and landmarks. Was in town for a wedding with the reception at the Sheraton and opted to stay here based on location and price and I believe we got better value. The on-site breakfast was convenient for one of our busier days but otherwise not great value (quality v cost v available street options). Had a great chat with a gentleman in the elevator...

"The hotel is clean and safe. The only thing is the cardio room. The equipment needs to be sanitized, at least once a day. People using the equipment do not have anything to wipe them down after use. This is true especially for the treadmills that get sweated on and not cleaned properly."
