"Lovely one night stay. Car parking reserved, very close to hotel. All staff we encountered were very helpful. Bags left early before check in and were delivered to our rooms. Our room was on 3rd floor and although hard to find and very aptly named ‘cosy double’ it was very comfortable and of a very good standard with a good view of the cathedral. Elemis toiletries, coffee machine & kettle with milk and water provided in fridge. Large comfortable bed, at least king size with good quality linen...

"Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line "

"Check in lento difícil parking"

"Very clean room, Incredibly friendly staff."

"Excellent stay"

"Ideal for what we do in Lincoln. Breakfasts excellent. Overall serious money is needed to up grade the hotel, but I am sure the owners know this."

"Hotel muy bien situado, parquíng para aparcar sin problema y las habitaciones una pasada"

"Good location for visiting the coast and the Broads."

All was going well and the receptionist said that we were lucky as our room was air conditioned, while others were not. We had been allocated room 6 and on opening the door there was an interesting staircase which split in two at a small landing with one set of stairs going to the bedroom, with the other leading to the shower room. Getting between the rooms you have to be very...

"Very useful car park"

"Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...

"Staff and service were excellent"

"Hola, he estado en este hotel unos días para visitar a un familiar: El desayuno es muy bueno, la habitación está limpia y el trato es muy correcto. Queda un poco alejado del centro de Lincoln, pero se puede ir dando un paseo muy agradable."

"Buen hotel con buen restaurante. Caro como todos en Inglaterra, pero muy correcto. Alejado del centro de la ciudad es necesario coche."
