"Clean spacious room, great view over beach"

"When we saw the room was disappointing. In the description it said it has heating, but the only thing it had was a little heat fan. We probably wouldn't have taken that room (or hotel) if we had known it. By the way, our bathroom had a water leak (or it seemed it), but when we arrived at night we found a cockroach in the room and we asked for to change the room. Finally, they found that a pipe was broken. One last thing, the description said "free wifi" and it's true, but only 500MB. Nowadays...

The staff were very friendly and helpful providing us with pegs to hang out our washing which we did in the free laundry. I also accidentally left something behind which they have agreed to post to me. Everything was great and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you! "

And now the NEGATIVE: the perfect place to understand why people are moving to private accomodation. Dirty (yet they put the sign they will charge you 25 USD if you leave dirty dishes, and most of the cups are filthy) , run down furniture/equipment/matress (big need of an upgrade/refurbishment), tiny shower, NO sense of hospitality what so ever (cleaning fee, no flexibility on check out time...
