"The hotel is located by the city center, walkable distance to Chinatown and downtown Manchester. The two bedrooms layout of the apartment is very accessible. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchenette, living and dining area are clean and well equipped. The only drawback is the sofa was not very comfortable, you felt like sinking into the seat with no support."

"One thing I did not like was that the morning if checkout the cleaners were at the door trying to get in after 9am I already have an issue checking out at 11 am but I definitely did not want to be woken up"

"The place was absolutely lovely, and well maintained and clean. The apartment is opposite Arndale centre and round the corner from Piccadilly Gardens so fantastic location. Alison the host was absolutely lovely and a joy to deal with. Many Thanks for making us welcome."

"The accommodation was fantastic, felt brand new, the location is a bit noisy due to the bus depot next door, they advertised two parking bays but only one was available which due to the lack of parking spaces in the area was quite inconvenient."

"I made the book several months ago and accidentally booked and extra day. I reached out several times with no response and had Expedia reps reach out as well. They would not refund me for the day i was not staying. A friend made the same mistake in booking but he was refunded his day. We used the same booking site (Expedia) and used the same resources to request a refund."

"We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class "

"The property was clean and all amenities were there. Communication with the host was very comprehensive. Good location for seeing Haworth and local area. Only suggestion is that now it's towards the end of the season it needs a freshen up paint wise. Also love the fireplace but not too keen on wood as lots of places for spiders especially during peak spider season. All in all though it was lovely and quiet and a comfortable clean base. Thank you."

"Extremely convenient accomodation especially if you travel for work. Nice and clean three separate bedrooms, spacious lounge and kitchen with back patio. Seriously surprised. The property might not look appealing from outside but the experience changes as soon as you walk in."
