Showergel, Bodylotion, Shampoo, Conditioner alles von Chopard und ausreichend im Bad vorhanden. Wir hatten Vollpension, jede Mahlzeit war fantastisch. Das Personal stets freundlich...

It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes. The hotel looks like a 5 star but sadly operates as a 3-4 star hotel, so if you lower your expectations you will have a great...

"The resort looks good but isn’t maintained at all the toilet was leaking into the room and the maintenance crew didn’t show up even after many calls the road leading up to the hotel is closed for very big works not a normal closure looks like it will be long before they are easily accessible by car and the staff wasn’t really helpful i guess because we are off season"
