"Charming, atmospheric hotel in a lovely and convenient part of London. Helpful staff and well appointed room. Very small and awkward bathroom but I appreciate there is not much that can be done about it. A large, openable window was a delight. The laundry facilities were excellent and most welcome."

I was as I was in a renovated room and it was beautiful. The new team were very attentive. The only thing I would recommend is to have a phone in the room to call Reception."

"We did like the location a lot. The place was nice but be aware the it is on the 3rd floor( USA 4th Floor 😉) and no elevator. Also it was hot in London (July 2026) and no AC and in the apt was only a small fan. Small windows that you can only open a 1/4.."

"I would give a five star because the unit was really nice and we had no issues except the elevator was broken during our stay with a 1 year old. The front desk staff did assist us with our luggage thank goodness. Abraham was very helpful."

"We stayed for 10 nights at Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden and found the hotel to be perfectly adequate overall. The location was excellent and the room was comfortable and functional for an extended stay. Having a kitchenette was especially convenient. That said, there were a few things that kept the stay from being exceptional. We frequently had to ask for basic supplies such as toilet paper and facial tissues.
