"입실하는 과정이 너무 어려웠다. 사전에 아무 정보를 받지 못했고 아파트에 도착해서 2시간 만에 입실이 가능했다. 지옥 같은 두 시간을 보냈다. 주차비용도 사전에 알려주지 않았고 도착해보니 너무 비싼 가격이었고 주차장의 편의성은 별로였으며 주차장을 출입하기 위하여 별도의 심카드를 구매해야했다.게다가 세탁실 비용을 별도로 받는 것도 수긍하기 힘들다."
