"They gave me the best room in the building with my own patio and a city view. The room was spacious although it was for one person with a single bed. Shower is not convenient as it doesn’t have a full door or curtain so I flooded the bathroom a little. The only thing I was not pleased with, was the area we there’s homeless people outside of the hotel the whole night "

"Location by the Main was very good, easy walking to many attractions incliding the 'New Old Town. Room facilities are very good with aircon, convection heating, and well equipped kitchenette. Double glazing and blackout curtains made our stay quiet and comfortable for a couple. Service and staff were excellent. All requests were met willingly and promptly. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options plus personalised choices, cooked fresh. Onsite restaurant also very good with well presented genuine...

"Very nice room that is clean and well setup. Its a.bit small but it works. Very nice and well lit bathroom. Surprisingly quiet considering the accommodations are right in the old downtown area. Yhe ossue we had is that when you book thru expedia, you don't get the email to register online. We had to contact the hotel directly to help us get access to our room. They were very helpful vut hours of extra time were required to check in. Do not book this place thru Expedia! "

"When we arrived, the code was not working in the room that we booked. We sent a message to the support team and they helped to solve the problem fast. The room was clean and comfortable. Since the hotel was close the central main station, there were a lot of drug user. so we were concerned to walk at night."
