"Breezy Bottom was a beautiful accommodation in the Coral Bay Area. Worked out great for us to snorkel all of the bays and beaches on that quieter beautiful side of St John. The place itself is equipped with EVERYTHING that we needed. Even an air fryer! Very clean, comfortable beds, air in the bedrooms, Fans if needed. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs etc. Beautiful mountain views. Once Christina texted me the dropped pin it was easy to locate. I felt safe there because it had a driveway gate and...

"Thoughtful to have bug swatters, dart boards, honor system drinks/snacks, sunscreen/bug spray. Couches/chairs/hammocks decks were great and Frisbee golf hole/discs!"

"We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! "

"Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again."
