"Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! "First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can...

"Quiet place!! Pool was very clean as well as the rooms. Room #2 was oceanfront with a nice balcony."

"Check in was not welcoming or helpful. Tried to put us in a 3rd floor suite. I paid for a walk out lanai on the beach, on the first floor. Our room was very outdated, not very comfortable. Bathtub jet’s didnt work. Also, bath water was brown/taupe color… Soo disgusting. Some staff at restaurant were not personable, or couldn’t multi task orders. Beach was beautiful and so was the ocean. Food & drinks at restaurants were delicious."

"Breakfast was great the rooms are great and nice. The staff was great and friendly. Have no complaints and the view was beautiful. Owners are great and help accommodate with everything. Definitely will go back."
