"La habitación poco iluminada y una de las lámparas no servía. Habitación mal distribuida, puerta de salida no tenía ninguna seguridad, cualquiera podía entrar y salir a su antojo y el hotel libre de humo, estaba inundado de peste a cigarrillo. Además, el desayuno muy pobre y el personal no estaba atento cuando se acababan los alimentos. Hay mucho espacio para mejorar. Ahora, la chica del check in muy amable y servicial. "

"This property was listed as 3 Bedrooms / 1 Bath BUT, after reserving, I was told it was a Single Room with a SHARED Bath!! The listing explicitly says, per the VRBO guidelines, that you have the whole house and only share with your family. I cancelled immediately BUT have not heard from either the Property Owner or VRBO about a REFUND. NOT ACCEPTAB:E"

"I don’t even know where to start, so I start with the owner and communication. Claude was a gracious host, always communicating clearly and quickly. Not being from the area, it was much appreciated! The property is just down from the ferry, a great way to save time if you are going to Parc Omega or the sweet town on Montebello. The ferry is 12/car or 3 for walking pedestrians. My husband and I have owned several vacation rentals and I can tell you that Claude and Louise have thought about...

"Everything was as described and in good condition. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The yard was vast and excellent for our two dogs to get plenty of exercise. We would have loved more sunshine (to use the solarium) during our stay, but that’s out of everyone’s control! "
