"Expedia over booked the hotel and we almost did not have a room. Showed up at 7 pm and a room was not ready for us so we had to leave and find something to do for over an hour and then when a room was finally ready it was NOT the room that we booked. We were “upgraded” to a king room but mind you we had 3 adults so we had to share a bed. It had a pull out couch but we received a dirty sheet so we did not use it. Barely a refund only %40 one key cash to use on future bookings. Terrible...
