"The layout of the condo was perfect. Plenty of space for all of us and we particularly enjoyed the upstairs area with the game table and chairs. It was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfy and the water pressure great. Although they are a bit dated, it served our purpose great. Would stay again. "

"Clean cozy apartment in a beautiful historic building, will totally stay again next time were in town! Super convenient location can walk anywhere downtown. Communication with host was great. We used underground onsite parking which was convenient, however not really meant for a full sized truck :)"

"This property and the property owner are EXCELLENT - which is probably an understatement. The owner is very prompt, thorough, professional and pleasant when you work with her. And the property is EXACTLY what you see in the pics and in the description. Its like stepping back in time in some ways, while still enjoying modern amenities. "I visited the tree house for a girls weekend and it was more beautiful than I was even expecting. Cindy met me the minute I pulled into the property to lead me back to the house. She was wonderful and gave me very thorough instructions on how to operate the generator, etc. The house is adorable and was so clean. The view was spectacular! We saw many deer and other wildlife and really enjoyed sitting outside by the fully stocked campfire. I highly recommend this location for a getaway with...

"This house was perfect for our group! The first floor master suite was perfect for the couple who has trouble with stairs, the lower level was nice for another couple who like sports.The upstairs bedrooms/baths were very comfy and the home is stunning. It was a bit of a drive to French Lick, but the layout and amenities of the house made it well worth the drive. Well Done Courtney!"

"We’ve stayed here multiple times and this charming home never disappoints! It’s beautifully decorated, well appointed and conveniently located to many restaurants and activities. It sits directly on the Ohio River and has a magnificent sunset view. The size is good for a couple or small family."
