"We stayed one evening for a special birthday celebration. We valet parked our car and after getting home found that our garage door opener wasn’t in the car. My 85-year-old parents drove back up to Snowbird in a rain storm to file a complaint and to try and find out if the remote had possibly turned up. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and understanding, however, when it was turned over to the management, his name is Chad, he was very cocky and condescending. They agreed to pay for...

"Clean, quiet, easy highway access, friendly staff. The room is like a small efficiency. As long as the property is kept up at the level that it is now, I will not hesitate to stay anytime. Anytime I visit this area, this will the first place I look."

"Great location, comfy beds, clean and the staff was very pleasant."

"The staff are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. This place is old and everything needs to be updated. The room was clean, linens good, bed pillows were small, tv was small. Our room smelled like old smoke. I asked the morning clerk if we could change rooms and she could not accommodate us. She was constantly yawning and didn’t seem to motivated. "Although the room was clean, the entire property was run down."

"Both elevators were broke and we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Only one elevator was kind of working the rest of the stay. There was in issue in the room and I had to fix it myself because the only employee there was at the front desk and she said she couldn't leave."

"Our stay was great. Super quiet. Very very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will stay again."

"This place is as close to Heaven as you can get earthside! Not only is it stunning, but the staff and food were amazing. The bell men were especially helpful and kind and we were so impressed with all of them! The hotel lobby staff were also fantastic and the service we received at The Foundry for brunch was top tier. The grounds at Sundance are breathtaking and I can see why Redford fell in love with this location. As a lifelong Utah resident, the beauty still blew me away! We cannot wait to...

"This was the dirtiest, most run down hotel I have stayed in and it was the most expensive. Way too expensive for how old and dirty it turned out to be."

"Very neat, modern, clean hotel. Excellent mountain view, gym. Great breakfast! Loved it!"

"All was good. A suggestion would be to have the bed sheets fit the mattress. When you turn or move during the night it makes a mess."
