"the property was at a beautiful location as described with the river as the backyard, nice and cozy cabin and the 2 hosts (Gary and Timmy) were friendly, responsive to our needs and available. We were in Cabin # 3 and we enjoyed our stay and it had a little back patio which overlooked the river and was perfect for relaxing. We hope to return again soon."

"I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car."

"We really enjoyed the week we stayed at Bear’s Eye View. It was close to the park, just off the main road in Three Rivers, and had great appliances. "

"Located off the beaten track by a river, this cabin had three queen sized beds making it very comfortable for three senior ladies. It is also about 30 minutes from Sequoia National Park, and a great place to return to after a long day. "

"This was a great place to stay! We used it as base to visit Sequioa NP one day and Kings Canyon NP the next day. It was a very pleasant place to stay and had everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful setting. "

"The unit is in a beautiful location. Very easy to find and communication was great. It was peaceful and clean.The photos provided are very accurate. That being said we were the only ones on the property. This unit is attached to the main house which is very large. I am doubtful that the unit would be quiet if the main house was occupied. Another note if you examine the photos the bathroom and living room are 2 steps up which is not a huge problem but if anyone has mobility issues or frequently...

"House was ready early for us to check in as soon as we got into town. We loved the location! Close to restaurants and grocery store and only 15 minutes to Sequoia Park entrance, which was our reason for coming. Hot tub was perfect after daily hikes. "

"Our family, had a wonderful stay. My son was able to ride his bike around the neighborhood discovering turkeys and peacocks walking around. My daughter completely enjoyed the backyard with the river right there. The house was warm and comfortable. Location is great, super close to the National Park. Host was a great help and friendly. We thank you for our family forever memories."

"I had to get out the city and wanted to explore Sequoia National Park without having to stay in some touristy hotel. This house was better than perfect. It was the right amount of secluded while also be close to restaurants and shops — and right next to Sequoia. Spending the day at the park, surrounded by tourists made coming back to this property to relax on the riverbank in seclusion and peace almost made the house itself the primary attraction of this trip. 11/10, would book again. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The location is ten minutes up a windy road on the mountain, meaning there was no road noise and very little noise otherwise. Do be aware that there are dogs on the property. The cabin was a little dirty and full of bugs due to the hot weather, but after the first night we had killed most of the bugs, tidied up, and had a great time!"

"When you stay, and they send you the door lock code and tell you to use google maps, and download the offline map. DO IT! The signal out there is definitely no bueno, so when you arrive, if you have no signal you will now be able to get in lol I love that they told us ahead of time, and that they have WIFI available too.We had so much fun at this stay! My family took full advantage of the air hockey table, board games, and dvds! We appreciated that they had portable heaters for each room, and...

"The house had everything we needed for our visit to Sequoia National Park. The area was nice, quiet and private. There was enough sleeping space for our group but the beds are very uncomfortable. The house definitely needs some work and updating. There was stickers on the sliding glass door, smiley face stickers on all the cabinets, part of the cabinet was broken off, sink in the bar area did not work and the upstairs of the house is unbelievably hot with no way to adjust the thermostat.
