"Issues with wifi so no internet available and they could not get key cards done properly. I had to be let in and pick up key cards the next day. The ice machine did not work. When I needed staff I had to search the lobby to find someone although staff was great once found."

Whoever cleans the house did a great job. However, the house was in pretty bad shape, literally. Not disrepair, but because it’s so old, everything is a bit jenky. "We enjoyed our long weekend stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. With 4 young adults with us the mall was perfect. Beautiful views. The bedrooms were nice, comfy beds. It does sleep a lot of people comfortably however the one bathroom was a challenge with 6 people. The layout of the house is different there isn’t a main room to hang out in. "This was a last-minute rental and Jade was so accommodating! The house was beautiful and very, very clean. Probably the cleanest VRBO I've ever booked!And, this is probably the first time I've rented a home that claimed to sleep 10 that ACTUALLY sleeps 10 comfortably! The living and dining rooms were spacious enough for everyone to spend time together without feeling cramped.I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!"
