"The atmosphere was great, the rooms were large, and the staff was helpful. It felt very homey and comfortable. Across the parking lot, a coffee shop and restaurant with live music sits just off the lake."

"Check in was not Hampton quality AT ALL. The front desk agent at check in was as upbeat as a tortoise. Desk manners were sub par at best and she was chewing gum exactly like a cow chews. There was no laundry room on site. The fitness center did not have a workout bench, no towels and no wipes(the wipes dispenser was thrown on the floor in a closet. The room and breakfast were good but I had a bad attitude from the check in."

"Walking in the room, took my breath away from the smell of must and cigarettes. I walked to the Walgreens to get site freshener. If there were other rooms somewhere else, I would’ve left. The comforter had a yellow stain on the top. Thank goodness I brought my own covers to lay on top. The jacuzzi didn’t work. I was warned at least by the staff. The tub had spider webs all around it. The mirror had not been cleaned. The room was loud from hearing screams on the property. I won’t stay there...

"Nobody was there when I went to check in The office looked terrible the whole place looked discutting"

"Host went above and beyond with communication and making us feel welcome. Better than expected in every way and will be back to enjoy this glamping fun again. Well equipped, private and clean just as pictures and description said."

"Place was clean and had everything you’d need for a nice tiny home! Would definitely recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Perch. It was the perfect way to break up our drive home after an Auburn football game. Everything was clean and cozy. The coffee they provided was such an added touch after a late night. We would definitely recommend!"

"The house is a good size and well-furnished for guests. The location was great, and the owner was responsive to questions and concerns and prompt in communicating. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend the place for friends looking for a place to rent on the lake!"

"We enjoyed our stay!"

"The host was very helpful throughout the stay."

"Very accurate description, great communication and clean place. Will definitely book again"

"Peaceful water, great communication with host, older home but very welcoming and cozy, and great atmosphere for family fun."

"First, the location and water view is a 10/10. The house is another matter. The screen on the porch is not attached to the frame in multiple places. There is an entire 2ft by 4ft section of screen that is missing. You cannot leave a pet on the porch. The house is in major need of an electrical update. There are many more issues I could list but I won't."

"My family loved staying here over the weekend."
