"For the price, you’d expect to be able to park there daily. However, due to several events being help at the location parking can be hard to find and they referred me to a location a block away. The paint on the roof was peeling and falling into the bed. The dryer was held together with duct tape and Velcro, but worked. For the price and name, I expected the facility to be a lot nicer, but it was acceptable. The staff was friendly and helpful"

"The hotel and room were clean, the key code worked perfectly, parking was a breeze, and there's a Dollar General right across the street (in case you've forgotten anything). But....the room stays pretty dark (dark walls and poor lighting). The floor is very uneven, making it feel like you're a little drunk when you walk on it. There's a microwave down the hall, but having one in the room would be a LOT more convenient. But, in our opinion, the biggest issue is the slippery bathroom (and shower)...

"The bed was very uncomfortable, it sounded like a herd of elephants next door till after midnight, the Internet will not handle the amount of guest so it was super slow , I ended up shutting it off to use my phone as a hot spot . The vending machine took our money but never returned anything."

"This place should shut down until they can make some changes. This was the worst place my husband and I have ever stayed. The entire motel has a strange smell could be stale smoke and dirty large fish tank in the lobby. Not one port to plug in electronics and only two outlets which neither was behind the night stand. The bedspread were from 20 years ago which is okay if clean. I always pull the bedspread/comforter off the bed, I’m aware they don’t get washed often. These had large cigarette...

"This place is like a diamond in the rough! Marsha is fantastic! There when you need her with a simple call. Beautiful OH riverfront, the town is just simple & Fun, they are friendly & welcoming. Had a great visit. The room is simple but homey & comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when down south!"

"Perfect place. Plenty of room and close to everything.golf cart rental right next door. Someone took the time to bring back a piece of history in the building and the rooms were beyond expectations . We will definitely stay there again.."

"The cabin was perfect: remote location, clean, warm and cozy. The trails in the woods were a great escape and quite extensive and a fantastic sniff haven for a dog to explore. "

"Very close to downtown restaurants and shopping. The trails out back were nice and relaxing to walk on. The property was quiet and relaxing. Perfect size for my wife and I and our 12 pound dog. The dog loved the trails and kept us busy on his walks."

"The place was beautiful and well kept. Reasonably remote, you'll hear some lawnmowers but you won't see a neighbor unless you're actively trying to. Saw a lot of wildlife, rabbits, deer, butterflies. Electric, AC and gas were reliable and worked great. Wood stove looked so cozy, almost wish we didn't come during a heat wave so we could have enjoyed it. Wifi is spotty, so don't forget your LotR box set like I did, but to me thats more of a bonus amenity then a requirement for a remote...

"Wonderful! Cozy, clean, great location to Clifty Falls and Madison, Indiana! Property was nice, and loved the fire pit, at each cabin( I thought there was only one for all cabins, but that was not the case!) we had three adults and stayed comfortably in this cabin!"
