"Room was very clean and comfortable"

"Didn't even turn on the TV because it was so peaceful and could only imagine the different types of people that has stayed there over the years."

"After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property."

"Valued daily cleaning keeping everything organized during my visit here. It's comforting not having to think about tidiness while traveling!"

"It's nice to find a place that values cleanliness without being overpriced. Just what I needed during my trip."

"Just needed somewhere clean to stop during our road trip, and Hillcrest Motel fit the bill perfectly. Simple but effective!"

"Check out process felt quick too, didn't take much time at all before heading back home while feeling relaxed about our stay at Hillcrest Motel."

"Amazing property loved our time here celebrating g America 250"

The host was in the basement the entire duration of our stay. We’re retirees in our 60s. I probably wouldn’t have booked this property...

"Great staff. Carpet was worn. AC vents dirty."

"I stayed at this Quality Inn and was very disappointed with the condition of my room. It was not clean or well maintained, and the issues were noticeable right away. The bathroom carpet had a strong pee smell, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. I reported the problems to the front desk, but nothing was done to fix them or make the situation right. For the price paid, I expected a clean room and basic customer service. Unfortunately, the poor condition of the room and the lack...

"Many things about the room were very nice, such as the bathroom and king size bed, however, the couch, chair, and carpet were very outdated and in need of upgrades. They also need to have more luggage carts."
