"We had a fantastic stay at this property in Downtown Cape! The house is beautiful, and we truly enjoyed hanging out here. It is so close to everything downtown and also to SEMO's campus. The kitchen was fully stocked, the linens were super soft & the house had wonderful decor...including a record player! We were visiting our son who goes to school in town. He stayed with us at the house, and now we have great memories together. We look forward to staying again! Thank you."

"The house is beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The location is 1/10 of a mile from a great coffee a shop and a short walk to restaurants, boutiques antique shops and to the river front. This is an adorable house in an charming historic district. Be sure to check out the university's theatre and see a production. They have lots of talented students."

"The three bedrooms on the main level share one full bath and one half bath. The bedroom upstairs has its own bath. The only negative for us was that several people were sharing that one full bath, but it worked out fine. I thought the location was good and the beds were comfortable."
