"Staff was very helpful and parking was included! Located in a great area and it has been remodeled since I stayed there last. The hot tub was great and we were able to watch a play off hockey game from the hot tub on a big screen! Room was comfy and nice too."

"I think you should advertise this hotel as a hostile instead of a hotel! It smelt like the sweatiest mildew forming gym socks in my room or perhaps someone passed away in that room and it was just never taken care of. 304 was disgusting blood stains on the sheet, that were put on the bed inside out. No towels in the room, except a wash cloth and hand towel. Chair pushed up in the bed, no liners in the garbage randomly, tv remote sticky, looks like they may be started cleaning it and just...

"The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed."

"Fine to sleep at. Breakfast had no fruit at all. Underwhelming breakfast compared to other Americinns we’ve stayed at. Pool flooded. Hot tub was more like a warm tub. "

"Overall the room wasn't terrible but there was quite a bit of maintenance items that needed to get taken care of. Staff was alright but the front desk worker took a call as we were checking in and was on the phone for 10-15 minutes as we waited. Sounded like they were talking to a travel agent and it would of been nice for her to take a minute to check us in and put the agent on a brief hold."

"Better than average continental breakfast, everything was fresh and staff was attentive at keeping things stocked. Rooms were clean. Bathroom and shower were clean, but starting to show some aging. Overall it was a good value for the price."

"Rooms were clean but the bed mattress covers need to be taken off and washed. One room only had one towel in it but the man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful all weekend. The pool area had no pool towel at all. Not sure if they were available elsewhere but it should be stated if so. Hot tub and pool are nice. Rooms look newly renovated, love that it’s non-carpeted rooms!"

"It would have been great if they would have put on the Website for the property and on Expedia that the pool was going to be closed for painting. We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. "

"Big guy at the front desk was not very friendly, while all other staff we encountered were great. Breakfast was typical microwaved food, but the grandkids always love the waffles."

"Stay away from room 430 as it is the farthest from the front desk and closest to the highway. Very noisy all night long. Had not experienced this in my numerous stays at this hotel. Otherwise, it is fine."

"The property is clearly in the state being remodeled, which is a good thing. The manager working when I arrived was very helpful and kind; she was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make our stay positive. Once she’s done with the remodel, it will be a very nice establishment while she’s in charge. "
