"This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. Tiki bar full of junk that was damp, moldy and full of cobwebs. The pathway lights down to the dock are ripped out and...

"We spent our Spring Break at the Barndo and loved it! The house was quirky and fun with plenty of space for our whole family. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool table and hot tub. The bedrooms were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The view was beautiful and the yard was nice for our dog to explore on her lead. Josh was a wonderful host, always made himself available and was very accommodating. We would definitely come back!"

"This truely is such a wonderful place. We were able to enjoy the serenity of the lake and had enough space for everyone. Our stay was on New Years but I can't wait to see it in summer. Water pressure is great, comfortable beds, and the kayaks are a great touch. I really appreciate it, thank you."

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay, with plenty to do for different people. "The structure is a modified shipping container, which folds out rather ingeniously to create a small but functional living space. The amenities fall a little short of what one might expect for a fully stocked lake house. However, it was clean, the AC cold and the shower hot so it fit our needs adequately.The host was available to answer questionsI might suggest curtains on the front glass wall for privacy in the bedroom."
