"The property in the surrounding area of the property was pretty cool. I love the fact that you can walk anywhere in Birmingham and have a good time. This place was perfectly located close to the Coca-Cola amphitheater. Definitely would use landing again"

"Look no further if you are going to Birmingham. What a perfect place to stay. Clean, everything you needed (we cooked a number of dinners there), excellent communication with the owner (very responsive), and close to a grocery store (Publix), restaurants and most importantly, ideal for golfing at Robert Trent (Oxmoor Valley and Ross Bridge). Three bedrooms, all with excellent bedding (K, Q and 2 twins). We have been coming to Alabama every fall for 7 years to play the various Robert Trent...

"I had the most peaceful night of sleep. The neighborhood felt safe, warm, and inviting. I loved the back yard, and the picture window at the dining table. The home was equipped with all appliances that I needed, and then some. The provided coffee was perfect to start off my morning. Thank you for everything! "

"Parking was a little challenging and the elevator buttons are worn down so it’s hard to put in your code to activate the elevator, but other than that the place was fantastic! Parking and elevator cannot be controlled by the owner but the apartment was clean, roomy, stylish and had everything we needed! "

"Perfect set up for us traveling with grown kids! Great communication and support with any questions.Just note: private entrance outside to get to 2 of the bedrooms with second kitchen. "

"The sheets were dirty, there was a stain of blood. On the breakfast they never had enough eggs for the quantity of guests.. we had to wait about 15 min for them to serve again and this happened the 2 days we stayed ."
