"Ridiculously nice place! Everything about it is perfect. Area around it is super cute and quaint."

"It was a breath of fresh air after three very hot days at the ballpark. We WILL and back. Everything was so easy and even better than listing shows. Great owner to work with. Amazing value."

"Clear communication with our host. The stand out to us was the cleanliness of the home. Comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen."

"Smoke filled hallways & the room"

"This is an extended stay hotel that is in poor condition and needs an update. Price was good but kind of a sketchy place."

"Everything perfect "

"Great location for our needs. Close to airport and shopping needs to supply our stay."

"Always love staying at Shepard’s Retreat. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen is stocked with the essentials. Beds are comfortable. Stewart is very responsive. Walmart and Publix are both close by (we had Walmart grocery delivery deliver to the house with no issues). I would highly recommend this location."

"This property could use some TLC.One of the sinks in the master bath didn’t work. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and there were several light bulbs out.The mattresses on the beds could stand to be replaced. Most of the doors were hard to open and close. As far as cleanliness, most of that was good but the floors left our feet almost black after walking around barefoot."

"The property was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Communication with the host was great! She answered all questions we had."

"The property was well kept. I like that the neighborhood was quiet and the people in it friendly. Ren this property if you need a nice, clean, spacious stay."
