"Worse hotel experience ever!! The regular elevator was out and there were mold on the second floor. Our bathroom had a awful smell coming out of water drain in the floor. I had to deep clean the room!! I would've canceled my room but we were in town for a funeral. Do not get fooled by nice lobby pictures!! "

"We loved our rooms however, the carpets in both of our rooms turned our socks and feet black from the dirt. It was difficult to figure out how to get into the hotel and parking. Other than that it was an amazing hotel. The sites from the 10th floor were amazing!"

"Immaculately clean, fresh smelling. Desk staff 3-11p was AMAZING. We couldn’t find parking, and she jumped in offered to move her own vehicle, as she was leaving soon. Breakfast was hot & fresh, good variety. Late checkout offered. Bed and bedding was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. One complaint- at 10am, housekeeping started banging on doors….Literally banging with an object, and yelling “Housekeeping!” obscenely loudly, door to door. Very annoying to guests not checking out....

"Great location and parking. Staff was pleasant except in the restaurant where they seemed way too busy to be bothered by non-drinking customers. Also, temperature in the restaurant was frigid - so cold we got our food to go because it was so uncomfortable. TV was out during a storm - they should consider ditching satellite. "

"Parking was safe. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. Staff was away from the front desk on a regular basis when checking in and out. The hotel is close to the interstate and it was very noisy for sleeping."

Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...
