"This was a cousin's trip, and 5 of us were able to stay comfortably, each with our own bedroom area (one was in the basement on a futon). The pool and back yard amenities like the fire pit and the hot tub were great. We used them all. There were lots of spaces to sit and visit indoors as well as outdoors.We found the upstairs was a little warm on hot days, but the fans included in each room were great and made it comfortable. There was bedding and pillows in each bedroom on the beds......

Everyone had their own space, bathrooms and the basement with pool table, games, Arcade machines were a huge hit with the kids (and adults to be fair!!)Kelly the host was very flexible with everything and replied to any questions we had immediately. Would highly recommend this to a large group of people. 2 rooms in basement with queen beds in each room. Bunk bed upstairs on another room and two other rooms with queen beds plus a bathroom...
