When you are charging $150 more than your neighbors do better. "Was awakened at 1:30 in the morning to a high powered vacuum and the next unit. When opened to door to see people in the hallway, staff said they had a water line burst in that unit and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't help you go back to sleep. You would think they would've turned the water off at that unit, put stuff down, and wait til the morning to do that. The pillows already go flat the minute you touch them. Shower curtain won't stay closed because the rod is sagging. Shower valve wouldn't...

"Der Pool und Poolbereich wurde nicht einmal gereinigt. Flaschen und Müll lagen die ganze Zeit rum. Frühstück war nichts tolles. Joghurt mit alten Früchten . Schade. Server war von den wenigen Gästen überfordert. Zimmer war gut. Sauberkeit ebenso. An der Rezeption musste man tw. sehr lange warten. Leider nicht das was ich mir unter dem Hotel vorgestellt habe."
