The room had basically NO amenities, not even one shower cap. When I asked at the front desk for one, they said they did not stock them. The worst thing was that on day 1 of our stay the phone in our room had no dial tone. I reported it, saying that I had to look up the hotel # on my cell phone, call it, and wait through the auto menu to get the front...
