"The home was very clean. The kitchen had all the cookware and extras that we could have needed. No limitation on cook tools, utensils, bedding. The bed was a nice firm bed. The back yard was very pretty, the Peonies were in bloom. Thanks to the fence it was a great place for our dogs to run around in. As in all lush environments around water, there were a few sprigs of poison ivy on the fence line and the wood pile, but they were easily covered with a piece of firewood."

"My husband and I came to Abingdon to see the town and ride the creeper trail. We are so glad we chose this place! The check in process was easy and communication with the owner Regina was easy as well. I love historic places and this house was so cool to explore. She had it decorated so cute and with all the comforts of home. The bed was as comfortable as my bed at home! Vickie, the host, is a very accommodating and thoughtfully detailed person who thinks about all kinds of situations that a guest could want or need. The home is spacious and very clean. This is definitely a 5 star host. We will be back."

"The cabin was cozy, peaceful, and a nice place to get away from the usual hustle and bustle. The surroundings were beautiful, and it was great to have a quiet space to relax and enjoy nature. The cabin itself was comfortable and had a charming atmosphere.One downside was that there was no TV, which may not matter to everyone, but it would have been nice to have an option for entertainment in the evenings.
