"Exactly as advertised!! In the country a beautiful house with it's own private lake. The host Megan was awesome. She was very proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed for our lengthy stay. " Definitely a hidden gem in the historic town of Waterloo " Looking forward to booking this location again for our future stays while visiting family. Highly recommend if your looking for some serious R.R or just want to get away from your busy life for few days. This place won't disappoint!!!"

"Loved the location, just a very short walk to town! The horse itself was exactly as advertised, so cute and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard area was really cool - accent lights, an outside dining space and a fire put with wood. Really enjoyed the stay and hope to come back someday. "

"It was very quiet and enjoyable stay. I was in town for a funeral and was looking for somewhere to stay that was close to family. This was perfect. Everything I could have needed was available. When I arrived, there were muffins waiting for me and that was very much appreciated. If I am back in the area, I would definitely stay here again. Very nice."

"My son stayed there (as a gift from me) with some of his fellow 2025 highschool graduates. So I cant give personal witness. It is now 12:30pm on (11am) check out day.. hes now back in our area and I called him to ask (if he cleaned up and did his dishes etc…? for one) but also to ask how it was was it good “yes” and “thank you, again” that’s about it (which is his normal teenage hard to get a rise of excitment out - verbally) and what simple yes I personally know to equal - an unspoken- OMGosh...

"This place was fabulous - the kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, appliances, spices. Lots of games available to play. Bathroom well stocked with things like toilet paper, cotton balls, q-tips, hand soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Very thoughtful touches if you were traveling with 2 year olds. Pool was awesome. Our family wants to plan to stay here again!"

"Loved this property and can't wait to go back. I don't think there was anything that they didn't think of to make the stay amazing. Very responsive. I had to contact them and even tho they were out of town for their anniversary they still took the time to make sure everything was going good for us. Would recommend 100% to stay here!!!"
